Nathia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. She later pursued her training in Structural Integration, studying the work of the late Dr. Ida Rolf at the Guild for Structural Integration.

Since beginning her practice in early 2018, Nathia has continued to deepen her understanding of the human body through a multidisciplinary approach. Her ongoing development is informed by academic studies in osteopathy, her experience as an elite track athlete, active involvement in both Canadian and Colombian communities, and a daily commitment to exploring movement as a powerful form of medicine.
